If you're not satisfied with your first purchase (monthly or annual), contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal was charged in error (for example, you tried to cancel before the billing date and something went wrong), contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

How refunds are processed

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to request one

Email support@aireplymate.com from your account email with the workspace name. We reply within 2 business days. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country of residence.
